IFI Professionals is a Southern California–based outsourced services firm. We guide and enable dynamic and growing companies challenged by poor visibility to gain control and insights to the information they need to operate their businesses. Clients rely on us for experience and expertise to supplement or outsource accounting services or to guide transformation of accounting and back-office operations systems to increase efficiency and flexibility as a catalyst for growth.
What we do
We empower growing small businesses with outsourced accounting and technology transformation services — streamlined approaches, outsourced resources, and technology infrastructure for the financial and HR advisory aspects of the business. We reduce the capital and time spent on these activities so leadership can focus on service delivery, product development, sales, and other functions that differentiate the business. Finance and HR are the foundation of any organization; we help those functions support revenue-generating work instead of consuming it.

Jim founded IFI to help finance leaders close faster, plan with confidence, and run on connected systems — Sage Intacct, planning, and operations designed around how teams actually work.
Natasha Klebba
Principal
Natasha leads client delivery and operating rhythm across implementations and outsourced accounting — keeping complex programs on scope, on timeline, and aligned to the close.
Paul Van Den Berg
Principal
Paul is an information industry veteran focused on people, process, and technology best practices that optimize financial and operational performance for growth businesses. He started in the Australian Army Engineers, earned a computer science degree automating digital maps and charts, founded and worked at software startups, held executive roles at Continuus, MapInfo, and FileNet, and worked at Unisys and IBM. Today, partnering with Jim French, he works with owners and executive teams to enable information-driven business growth. Outside work: family, dog fostering, mountain biking, sailing, and adventure travel.
